How to Change IGNOU Subject: If any IGNOU Students wants to change the subject after receiving the IGNOU study material then the subject can only be changed within one month of receiving study materials.
How to Change IGNOU Subject Procedure:
IGNOU Subject Change of Elective Course is permitted within 30 days from the receipt of the very first set of course material in the respective year of getting admission. The change is permitted only if the request along with the required payment is received by 15th February in case of January Session and 16th August in case of July Session.
Change in Elective/Course is permitted on payment of Rs.150/- for 4 credit course and Rs.300/- for 8 credit course by a Demand Draft drawn in favor and payable at IGNOU Delhi
The request for change of Elective/Course should be addressed to Registrar, SRD, IGNOU, Maidan Garhi, New Delhi–110068. The student is required to return the study material already received to Registrar (MPDD) by registered post or in person along with the request for change of Course/Elective.”
To change the IGNOU particular subject, IGNOU Student Zone has to write up all detail with concrete reason and also which subject he/she wants to adopt in exchange for old unliked subject.
